Absurdo and Crosta tour || August 2011

We are two bands from Barcelona. We’ll be touring France and UK from the 1st of August to the 13th. We’ll play in Zarautz and Kortrijk too.

Absurdo play some raw, fast and energic hardcore inspired by the 80′s band GRB, Void or Wretched. They don’t hide their debts and influences. In fact, an avid hardcore listener may recognize this or that riff. They talk about the miseries that surround us in the cities, but still keep a positive message. Some people say that Crosta reminds them of some bands like The Mob, Crass, Rudimentary Peni and Joy Division all toguether, though they are always primitive and simple. Their lyrics, written in catalan, try to reflect some aspects of everyday life through an anarchist approach.

We actually need a show the Monday 1st between Bordeaux and Kortrijk (Belgium) … So anywhere in the middle may be fine. We have been trying hard but sadly couldn’t find a DIY place willing to do it. If you can help us we’ll be really grateful.
